I attended Northern Arizona University where I earned a B.S. in Fitness and Wellness Management with a minor in Psychology. Then, I worked for StorageTek as a Corporate Wellness Coordinator while attending the University of Northern Colorado where I earned a M.A. in Sports Administration.
Little did I know that my time at StorageTek, an ISO 9000 certified corporation, would lay the foundation for quality management and process standardization in the way I approached work. While continuing to work and attending graduate school, I completed an internship with the University of Colorado football. I worked with the CU and University of Washington football recruiting programs helping student-athletes meet NCAA eligibility. During my time in college football, I recognized my passion for helping others see their own potential and reach their goals. I have maintained relationships with my closest recruits and watching them achieve success in professional football and in life has been extremely rewarding.
Other life-fulfilling career experiences include volunteering as an outdoor education counselor, being a Sports Camp Director, directing the City of Louisville Senior Services, speaking engagements for Colorado Parks and Recreation, Summit County Government and Colorado Mountain College, mentoring young girls, and thriving as a mom. In each of these opportunities, it has been an honor to be invited to speak into the lives of different people and see them live out their potential.

My husband, Mark and I love the outdoor life Summit County offers. We live in Frisco with our fun-loving daughter and spunky dog.
